Assistant Spa Director – Operations / Marketing
The Assistant Spa Director OM shares the responsibility of leader of the day spa team and is responsible to the owner for the day-to-day operations of the day spa.
The Asst Spa Director - OM is responsible for the marketing, advertising and promotion of the day spa in cooperation with the ownership and other lead members of the spa team. To support the day spa’s service standards and commitment to client care by leading, motivation and guiding spa team members to achieve their personal and professional goals.
The Asst Spa Director - OM must mobilize and direct the combined efforts of the spa team towards efficiency, profitability and the pursuit of the day spa’s commitment to excellence.
The Asst Spa Director – OM must have an excellent working knowledge of all team positions, operations, systems, policies, and procedures with the day spa.
As with all positions, the Asst Spa Director is to work with spa team members to ensure client comfort and satisfaction. One of the goals of the day spa is to exceed our client’s expectations each time they visit the day spa.
To support and be the advocate for the day spa’s marketing program by working with the owner and the spa team to encourage, motivate and guide team members in implementing marketing strategies.
The Asst Spa Director – OM must mobilize and direct the combined efforts of the spa team toward development, evaluation and implementation of the spa-marketing plan.
Nail Technicians
Illinois State licensed nail technician to perform nail services.
Candidate must possess exceptional customer service skills. Enthusiasm
for building your clientele and client retention skills are a must.
Ability to follow service procedures and guidelines; while maintaining
a hygienic environment.
Massage Therapists
Illinois State licensed massage therapists interested in working
as part of a growing company. Candidates must have a demonstrated
ability to perform a variety of modalities or possess the enthusiasm
to learn and grow. Enthusiasm for building your clientele and client
retention skills are a must. Must possess a strong commitment to
professionalism through unparallel ethics and standards. Ability
to maintain details in clientele files. Excellent customer service,
verbal and communication skills a must. Additional body treatment
skills are a plus.
