Soothing Ear Candling – This ancient Egyptian ritual proves to be a relaxing and soothing treatment.  Used to relieve ear pressure, inner-ear blockage, and wax buildup, candling is less invasive and a more comfortable and less expensive alternative to the traditional cleaning method of forcing water into the ear canal.  Great to relieve sinus pressure.

Reflexology Treatment 60 minutes- A method for activating the healing powers of the body.  Based on the existence of reflective points in the soles, in the palms, on the ears, energy zones run throughout the body and correspond to all the major organs, glands, and body parts.  Stimulating these points with natural hand and special pressures the therapeutic forces of body are released and thus achieve the activation, relaxation, balance, health of the body.

Emotional Bodywork – Emotional Bodywork is an opportunity to explore your deeper emotional issues and their connection to your body, patterns of chronic pain and tension, and memories that are stored physically.  This is a counseling process that is respectful of your individual needs and the inherent wisdom of your own body.  Carol McRaith, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (L.C.P.C.) and massage therapist, will gently assist you in this process of developing greater awareness of the integration of your body, mind, and spirit.

Acupressure Treatment – Acupressure like acupuncture is an ancient healing art that balances the flow of Qi, the body's natural energy force. In both cases key points on the body are used to stimulate the bodies self-healing abilities (reduce pain, improve circulation, flexibility, and muscle function). Reiki Treatment – Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
