Soothing Ear Candling – This ancient Egyptian ritual proves to be a relaxing and soothing treatment.  Used to relieve ear pressure, inner-ear blockage, and wax buildup, candling is less invasive and a more comfortable and less expensive alternative to the traditional cleaning method of forcing water into the ear canal.  Great to relieve sinus pressure.

Reflexology Treatment 60 minutes- A method for activating the healing powers of the body.  Based on the existence of reflective points in the soles, in the palms, on the ears, energy zones run throughout the body and correspond to all the major organs, glands, and body parts.  Stimulating these points with natural hand and special pressures the therapeutic forces of body are released and thus achieve the activation, relaxation, balance, health of the body.

Reflexology Treatment 30 minutes – This treatment concentrates on the reflex points of the feet to reduce stress and tension and restore the natural flow of energy.

Acupressure Treatment – Acupressure like acupuncture is an ancient healing art that balances the flow of Qi, the body's natural energy force. In both cases key points on the body are used to stimulate the bodies self-healing abilities (reduce pain, improve circulation, flexibility, and muscle function). This medical science is practiced with the use of only one human tool: the thumb and fingertips. Pressure is applied on different 'pressure points' on the body, stimulating the corresponding response in the body.

Healing Touch Treatment – An energy based approach to health and healing. It uses touch to influence the human energy system, specifically the energy field that surrounds the body, and the energy centers (charkas) that control the energy flow from the energy field to the physical body. These non-invasive techniques that utilize the hands to clear, energize, and balance the human and environmental energy fields. The goal is to restore harmony and balance and enabling self-healing. Healing Touch is used extensively in the nursing profession (surgical, cancer units, hospice, pediatrics & geriatric, public health & psychiatric).

Reiki Treatment – Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including THE body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being.
